
Last week, I delivered several lutons to one of our customers, an error in communication meant that they were expecting more than I had.
The guys discovered the shortage, and without a word spontaneously had a best of three games of Rock, Paper, Scissors, to the victor went the spoils, and the loser had to wait until the next delivery.
It was a thing I’d never seen before, and I liked the fact that these guys were able to sort out what could have been a problem in such a great way.
